Everything is energy. The vibe we throw out into the world is what comes back to us like a boomerang. We are the co-creators of our lives, whether we realize it or not.
Our thoughts send a frequency out into the quantum field. The universe works in vibrations and mirrors back to you what you emit. We live in a YES! Universe; it is benevolent and wants to give you what you ask for – so choose your thoughts carefully, and with intention.
For most of my life I experienced many different forms of abuse – sexual abuse, rape, emotional abuse, cheated on, used, manipulated, physically abused and I saved the best for last – a narcissist. A man who built me up, only to tear me down.

Trying to be perfect all of the time is exhausting. It is hard work striving for perfection in every aspect of your life.
